This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of Faustina Senior, minted in Rome between 141 - 150 A.D. This coin was struck on the orders of emperor Antoninus Pius,  to commemorate his love for his wife who died in 140 A.D. On the obverse: DIVA FAVSTINA, Her draped bust right / Rev: AETERNITAS - for Eternity standing with sceptre.
