Code: 13022
This is another nice early Anglo-Saxon copper-alloy wrist-clasp hook-plate of Hines 1993 Form B12, a bar comprising three flat square bosses, three pierced lugs, and two sets of ribs and grooves. These clasps were sewn onto the sleeves of dresses worn by Anglo-Saxon women to secure the wrist cuffs (similar to buttons). This is a well-known type with numerous documented examples for further research. See NMS-AF5AD4, NMS-193E43, and NMS-4B5F35 for type.
I have another almost identical example, probably part of a set or from the same workshop #13014
