This is a medieval silver penny of King John of England, struck at the Norwich Mint between 1199 - 1216 AD.
Obverse: ҺЄNRICVS RЄX (King Henry) Legend around crowned facing bust, holding sceptre.
Reverse: +IOHAN ON NOR (Iohan of Norwich) Legend around voided cross, with four pellets in angles.
It is a scarce mint, a nice coin well-struck F+/VF but weak in places.
