Medieval Bronze Signet Ring Seated Lion
This is a wonderful medieval bronze signet ring, dating to the early 15th century A.D. The bezel is deeply cut with an image of a seated lion, used as a personal seal for sealing letters and documents. The ring has survived in excellent condition, complete with a nice light 'chalky' olive green patina. It is still suitable to be worn and used again today.
