Medieval silver-gilt signet ring merchants device

Code: 11212

This is a nice late medieval silver-gilt signet ring, dating to the 15th - 16th century. The oval bezel is engraved with a cruciger type device, personalized with a letter 'R'. The border is engrailed with 14 points. The ring also bears decorated shoulders, with floral sprays.
