This is an ancient Celtic gold stater of Commius, Muzzles type c. 50 - 25 BC.
Obverse: Devolved head of Apollo facing right, with two "hidden face" motifs.
Reverse: Celtic horse facing right, with remains of of charioteer's arm above, and chariot wheel below.
