This is a nice 17th-century gold and rose diamond cross pendant. It is made from 18k yellow gold, set with six rose cut diamonds in a rubbed overmount. The back of the pendant is quite rubbed from being worn and is in antique condition with minor abrasions. The gold suspension ring appears to be a latter 19th-century replacement, in good condition making it suitable to be worn on a chain.
