This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of the Divine Faustina, deified wife of emperor Antoninus Pius, minted in Rome between 141 - 161 AD 

Obverse: DIVA FAVSTINA, "The divine Faustina [the Elder]" Draped bust right.

Reverse: AETERNITAS"Eternity" Juno standing left, hand raised, holding sceptre.

A fine example VF+ with a good portrait and toned silver.
