Obverse: D N ARCADI-VS P F AVG, "Our Lord Arcadius, Pious and Blessed August" three-quarter facing bust, holding spear over shoulder and shield decorated with horseman.

Reverse: CONCORDI-A AVGGA, "Harmony of the Augusts" Constantinopolis enthroned with sceptre and Victory on globe.
