This is a medieval silver penny of King Henry III of England, struck at the London Mint between 1216 - 1247 AD.
Obverse: ҺЄNRICVS RЄX (King Henry) Legend around crowned facing bust, holding sceptre.
Reverse: +ADAM ON LVNDE (Adam of London) Legend around voided cross, with four pellets in angles.
It is a good example in VF condition uncleaned and of a good weight.
