All items we sell are unconditionally guaranteed to be original ancient pieces from the date and period stated. Each item will be accompanied by an illustrated and signed certificate of authenticity. Provenance and original find information will be supplied if known.
Payment will be processed through PayPal only. UK orders can be made by Bacs on a UK bank account - just ask!
We offer a layaway plan of three equal payments over three months and layaway payments by Paypal only. The invoices can be sent by request, either per week or month to suit your needs.
Returns are accepted within 14 days in the same condition as supplied, with no alterations. We will refund the purchase price for a period of 14 days after receipt (signed for and tracked). After that time we are happy to resell the piece for you or issue you with a shop credit. Refunds will be subject to the same format as the original payment. If you have paid in full in one payment then you will receive an immediate refund in full. If you have chosen to use our layaway scheme, then your refund will be split into payments the same as your layaway payments. ie. one per week or month, spread out over a period of three months maximum.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING MAY BE SLOWER THAN USUAL DUE TO THE NEW LOCKDOWN REGULATIONS IN THE UK. Import: Due to the UK's recent departure from the European Union it is likely that you will have to pay a small percentage of VAT import tax upon the arrival of your purchase. Please find some of the import VAT rates: Austria 10%, Belgium 6%, France 7%, Germany 7%, Greece 13%, Ireland 13.5%, Itay 10%, Luxembourg 6%, Netherlands 6%, Spain 10%, Sweden 12% etc. This only applies to the EU and not the rest of the world or the UK. Orders within the UK will be posted next day Special Delivery.
If you wish to return an item, could you please: E-mail us immediately upon receipt of the item, to let us know you would like to return it? Return the item to us within 14 days, via a secure and insured service, only FedEx, DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received - damaged, broken or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
Please be aware refunds are extremely rare, most of our customers are delighted with the service and quality of the items we sell. Most are repeat buyers and a great many are from within the trade. We hope to welcome you into our family as a repeat buyer for a long time to come.
