This is a nice ancient Roman silver denarius, of emperor Hadrian, minted in Rome around 134 - 138 A.D. Obverse: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P, head bare right. Reverse: VICTORIA AVG, Victory seated left, holding wreath and palm.
