Medieval Bronze Signet Ring Pelican in her Piety

This is a wonderful medieval bronze signet ring, dating to the 14th - 15th century A.D. The bezel is deeply cut with an image of Pelican-in-Piety, used as a personal seal for sealing letters and documents. The ring has survived in excellent condition, complete with a nice green patina. It is still suitable to be worn and used again today.
