Silver Denarius of Marcus Aurelius / Virtus

This is a nice ancient Roman silver denarius, of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar, minted at Rome between 155 - 156 A.D. 

Obverse: AVRELIVS CAES ANTON AVG PII F, bare head right

Reverse: TR POT X COS II, Virtus, helmeted, standing left, holding parazonium and spear.

This coin was excavated by me (in 2001) from a Roman Villa complex at Chew Magna in Somerset.
