Medieval Blue Glass Gem Set Finger Ring

This is an intact medieval bronze finger ring, dating to the 13th - 14th century A.D. The ring is set with the original blue glass gemstone (imitation of a sapphire) still held in a clasped bezel. It is a nice example in good excavated condition.
