Austro-Hungarian Renaissance Revival Silver-gilt Enamel Ring

This is a beautifully designed finger ring, inspired by the Renaissance, dating to the 19th century. It depicts two winged angels, hands clasped in prayer. The square shaped bezel is missing the gem, likely an emerald or garnet. The ring retains a superb deep yellow gold gilding, most of the original enamel A nice antique ring, worthy of a replaced gem.
