This is an ancient silver unit of the Dobunni tribe, minted around 10 B.C. - 10 A.D. It has been classified as an Antedrig type class F. One side depicts a triple-tailed horse, the reverse a stylized Celtic head. The coin is as dug from a field near Bath in Somerset, it has a chip butt is mostly intact.
