Decorated Renaissance Silver Signet Ring

This is a nice Renaissance silver signet ring, dating to the 16th century A.D. The bezel is decorated with a cruciform design, for use as a private seal. The shoulders of the ring are ornately sculpted and originally set with black enamel. It is a good example, intact and wearable.
