Medieval Ecclesiastic Vessica Seal of a Bishop

This is a nice and original ecclesiastic medieval seal matrix, dating to the 13th - 14th century A.D. The seal is pointed oval (Vessica) shape, depicting a bishop standing within a gothic tracery. The bishop is front facing, holding a crozier and giving a blessing. Above a depiction of the Annunciation with a kneeling Archangel Gabriel in front of a figure of the Virgin Mary. The lettering is cut ina Lombardic script and will give the full name and details of the original owner (as yet undeciphered but researchable with some time and knowledge). 

The seal is in excavated condition, intact with a nice green patina and traces of the original gold gilding.
