This is a nice regal fob seal, dating to the late 17th - early 18th century. The handle is formed as a crowned rampant lion holding a shield between its paws. The seal is cut with an elaborate monogram, below a coronet of a Marquis. It bears a stamp of a dragon and an unidentified silver mark of numerals. It is a great looking historical seal, likely one that belonged to a Marquis or nobleman.
