Silver armorial fob seal

This is a nice armorial fob seal, dating to the late 17th - 18th century. It is cut with an oval shield, displaying 'two lions passant'. the shield is flanked with two supporters in the form of a standing Hercules figure with a club. Above the shield is a coronet of nine pearls, indicating the owner to have been a count or comte. Below the shield is a lions head.
