Baroque gold and agate finger ring

This is a delightful Baroque period gold and agate finger ring, dating to the 17th century. The cabochon agate has been set into a round bezel, secured with a coronet mount. The shoulders are fleur shaped and securely set. A nice and wearable antique ring from the age of King Louise XIV.
