Georgian gold posy ring "Grace me with affection"

This is a charming Georgian gold posy ring, dating to the 18th century. The inside of the band is inscribed "Grace me With aefyotan" (Grace me With affection?) a sentiment recorded in Evans (45). It bears a makers mark of 'AB' in a Gothic script as yet to be researched. The ring is a good antique example in wearable condition.
