This is a magnificent Renaissance silver finger ring, dating to the mid 16th century. The ring is a bold design, the bezel cut with the letters IHS. The body of the ring heavily sculpted with fluting and tendrils, typical of fashions in tapestry and art. The ring is in excellent condition, intact and wearable.
