This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Crispina, minted in Rome between 178 - 182 AD
Obverse: CRISPINA AVGVSTA, "Empress Crispina" draped bust right
Reverse: CONCORDIA, "Harmony" Concordia standing left holding patera & cornucopiae
A nice example with a great portrait.
