This is an ancient Roman Silver Denarius, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted at Rome between 155 - 156 AD
Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP IMP II, "Antoninus Pius, emperor (Augustus) father of the nation, supreme commander (Imperator) for the second time" laureate head right
Reverse: TR POT XIX COS IIII, "Holder of tribunician power for the 19th time, consul for the fourth time" Annona standing facing, head to left, holding grain ears and modius set on prow.
