This is an ancient Roman Ae As, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted at Rome between 140 - 144 AD 

Obverse:  ANTONINVS AVG PIVS PP, "Antoninus, emperor (Augustus), Pius, father of the nation." laureate head right

Reverse: TR POT COS III SC, "Holder of tribunician power, consul for the fourth time. Decree of the senate" Fortuna standing left with cornucopia and steering a rudder on a globe
