This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of empress Sabina (wife of emperor Hadrian), minted at Rome in 132 AD
Obverse: SABINA AVGVSTA "Sabina Empress"- diademed and draped bust right, hair in queue down neck.
Reverse: IVNONI REGINAE - "To Queen Juno" Juno standing left holding patera and sceptre.
DATE: 128 - 138 AD (this coin minted in 132 AD)
