Anglo Saxon copper alloy belt stud interlaced knotwork design

This is a nice Merovingian or Anglo-Saxon period copper belt stud/fitting, dating to the 6th - 7th century AD. It is decorated with an interlaced knotwork design of a cruciform shape.  It is a very nice example in excellent condition.
