This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of the Divine Faustina, deified wife of emperor Antoninus Pius, minted in Rome between 141 - 161 AD
Obverse: DIVA FAV-STINA, "The divine Faustina [the Elder]" Draped bust right.
Reverse: AVGV-STA, "the venerable" Ceres or Aeternitas standing left, raising hand & holding a torch
A nice example with a good portrait and toned VF
