This is an ancient Roman copper As, of empress Crispina, minted in Rome between 178 - 182 AD
Obverse: CRISPINA AVGVSTA, "Empress Crispina" draped bust right
Reverse: CONCORDIA / S-C, "Harmony / Decree of the senate" Concordia seated holding patera and cornucopiae
A good example with a clear portrait.
