This is an ancient Roman AE Dupondius, of emperor Vespasian, minted at Rome in 74 AD
Obverse: IMP CAES VESP AVG P M T P COS V CENS, "Supreme commander (Imperator) Caesar Vespasian, emperor (Augustus), high priest, holder of tribunician power, consul for the fifth time, censor." Head of Vespasian, radiate, right.
Reverse: FELICITAS PVBLICA / S C, "Good fortune of the public. Decree of the senate" Felicitas, draped, standing left, holding winged caduceus extended in right hand and cornucopiae in left.
