This is an ancient Roman AE Dupondius, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted at Rome between 154 - 155 AD
Obverse: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XVII, "Antoninus Pius, emperor (Augustus) father of the nation, holder of tribunician power for the 17th time" Head of Antoninus Pius, laureate, right.
Reverse: LIBERTAS COS IIII S-C "Freedom. Consul for the fourth time. Decree of the senate." Libertas standing facing, head right, holding pileus
This is an exceptional example in about EF condition with a nice dark green patina
