This is an ancient Roman AE orichalcum Sestertius, of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, minted at Rome in 166 - 167 AD
Obverse: M ANTONINVS AVG ARM PARTHICVS, "Marcus [Aurelius] Antoninus emperor (Augustus), conqueror of the Armenians, conqueror of the Parthians."Head of Marcus Aurelius, laureate, right.
Reverse: TR POT XXI IMP IIII COS III / S–C, "Holder of tribunician power for the 21st time, supreme commander (Imperator) for the fourth time, consul for the third time. Decree of the senate." Victory, winged, draped, advancing left, holding wreath in extended right hand and palm, sloped over her left shoulder.
