Tapered form, beautiful scroll handle with heart terminal. Full silver hallmarks (rubbed). Full hallmarks to body and makers mark to handle. All hallmarks rubbed but legible. Lion passant: sterling silver. Crowned leopard's head: London. Date letter p: 1750. Silversmith's mark: John Pero. Several small knocks to the body and rims plus some areas of light scratching. Small Georgian contemporary initials to handle, no engravings to body, no erasures. 271 years old, a piece of Georgian silver that has plenty of character but has definitely been well used.
