An excavated silver finger ring, dating to the late 17th century. Set with three stones, glass faceted to appear as a diamond. The centre stone retains what appears to be the original foiling. The ring is intact, but the join on the shoulder has failed and the ring will need resoldering if it is to be worn. Otherwise an original Stuart period jewel in excavated condition.
