This is an ancient Roman silver denarius, of Emperor Hadrian, struck at Rome between 133 - 135 AD 

Obverse:  HADRIANVS AVG COS III P P "Hadrian, emperor (Augustus), consul for the third time, father of the nation" Bust of Hadrian, laureate facing right.

Reverse:  FORTV-N-A AVG "Good fortune of the emperor" Fortuna standing left, holding patera and cornucopia.
