This is an ancient Roman Silver Denarius, of Emperor Antoninus Pius, minted in Rome to commemorate his deified state and place among the gods.
Obverse: DIVVS ANTONINVS, "The divine Antoninus [Pius]" Head of Antoninus Pius, bare right.
Reverse: CONSECRATIO, "Consecration" Eagle standing right, head left, on altar.
