This is a Medieval or Renaissance silver-gilt devotional amulet, dating to the 15th - 17th century. It retains the original suspension loop and all wolf-teeth settings. Being an excavated item the original amulet/reliquary is missing. The silver is of a good gauge and should be suitable to retain a new setting of around 33mm.
